Every cleaner will have random spot checks done on them every month to monitor there cleaning. They will be given a report on the condition of thier equipment and cleaning ability, and problem will be follow up until the Quality Control expert is happy with the cleaners work.

2. Communication Log
The Communication Log is the first thing we check when entering your house, so rest assured any additional requirements that you request will be taken care of immediately. At the same time, if we notice any maintenance or security issues such as leaking plumbing, broken locks, or low restroom supplies we will then report those deficiencies back to you in the Communication Log.

3. Individual Cleaning Checklist
We requires our cleaners to complete the Checklist after their cleaning job everytime.

4. Monthly Service Assessment
